White wine obtained from careful selections of Sardinian and French varietal grapes, vinified with cryogenic techniques in an environment protected from oxidation. Manual harvesting is performed at the first light of day to preserve the typical varietal notes of the grapes used from the AGRIPUNICA estate’s predominantly sandy soils.
