The wood treatment is very generous with ample amounts of menthol sitting atop the black cherry, cassis and humus scents. There is again excellent volume to the concentrated middle weight flavors that manage to be rich and suave yet well-detailed, all wrapped in a saline-inflected, lingering and balanced finish. Note that my predicted range assumes that the wood treatment will ultimately be successfully integrated.
