Nose: Sweet cedar and caramel, tobacco leaf and hints spices, dried apricots, summer hay bales, apple slices and toasted sweet oak.

Palate: Smooth and very rich, lemon fondant and sweet flaky pastry, malt loaf and damson’s with a little Turkish delight, the finish is both dry and sweet at the same time with a nice after taste.
