Terms & Conditions

1.    All bottles in 750ml unless otherwise stated
2.    Completed forms should be emailed to hermitage@hermitagewine.com
3.    Delivery will be around 2 years to 2&half years later
4.    All orders are subject to availability and confirmation is upon payment.
5.    Full payment is expected 5 working days upon receipt of the confirmation invoice.
6.    Min. purchase is 6 bottles of 750ml bottles for any bottle (Same label).
7.    Original wooden boxes may not be available for any orders below 12 bottles.
8.    Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars Nett (SGD) and do not include shipping, freight insurance, government duty or prevailing GST charges
9.    For delivered in Singapore, S$20.00 (Excl. GST) 750ml bottle is applicable to cover shipping, freight insurance, tax and duty.
10.  In the event of unforeseen circumstances where the Company is unable to deliver the products as stated in the pro-forma invoice, a full refund will be made to the customer.
