En Primeur 2010

There seems to be a lot of speculation about the En Primeur Bordeaux’s 2010 as prices have been very slow to be released.

2010 is a brilliant vintage and the backbone of tannins and acidity make it a vintage that will cellar quite happily for over 20 years or so. The fruit content is consistently amazing, with ripe lush flavours leading to rounded masculine (yet still very elegant) wines.

Not only are the 1er Cru wonderful wines but at entry level (Cru Bourgeois), we picked out a good half dozen wines of amazing quality.
